My coffee shop needs a clean, intuitive mobile app that shows our menu in real time and lets customers place Dine-in, Takeout, or Delivery orders in just a few taps. The menu is the heart of the project, so I have to be able to add new drinks, change prices, or mark items as sold-out from a simple dashboard and have those changes appear immediately on every phone. Ordering flow • Dine-in: customer scans a table QR code, browses the menu, and sends the order straight to the counter • Takeout: user selects a pickup time slot before checkout • Delivery: built-in address form with basic distance checks; I already work with local couriers, so no third-party integration is needed right now User accounts are optional. Guests must be able to order without any sign-up friction, but if someone wants to register (email, Google, or Apple), the app should remember their past orders and delivery details. I’m open to the tech stack—Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift, or another modern approach—as long as the result runs smoothly on both iOS and Android and I receive full, well-commented source code. Deliverables - Cross-platform mobile app published to TestFlight / Google Play testing tracks - Lightweight admin panel or JSON-based CMS for instant menu updates - Branded splash screen and color scheme that matches our café - Code, build instructions, and short video walk-through so my staff can manage updates on their own The project is considered complete when I can: 1. Update a menu item from the dashboard and see it live in the app within one minute. 2. Place successful Dine-in, Takeout, and Delivery test orders on both iOS and Android. 3.
