I need an Android application that brings the on-demand convenience of Zomato or Swiggy to the building-materials space. For this first release the essentials are clear: • Vendor listing – I must be able to add, edit and suspend suppliers, upload their product catalogues and set serviceable pin-codes. • Real-time order tracking – each order should move through statuses (placed, accepted, out for delivery, delivered) with live location updates on a map. Only an Admin role is required right now. I’ll use it to onboard vendors, monitor inventory and move orders along the pipeline; customer- or vendor-side logins can wait for phase two, so design the architecture with that future expansion in mind. Payment processing is not in scope for the MVP, which keeps the build simpler. Clean, well-documented Kotlin code (or Flutter if you prefer) and a modern Android UI are expected. I’d like to leverage Firebase or a comparable back-end for authentication, push notifications and real-time database updates, but I’m open to your technical recommendation if it fulfils the same needs.
