I want to take the core concept of LeTransporteur and turn it into a production-ready digital marketplace that serves Côte d’Ivoire’s shippers and truck drivers equally. The product flow is already validated: shippers should be able to post any load—cement, ceramics, or mixed cargo—in under 30 seconds and instantly see verified trucks at real market prices. Drivers, on the other hand, must view only the loads that match their return route so they never drive back empty. Secure payments are non-negotiable. The workflow is: shipper pays a 50 % upfront deposit the moment a load is accepted, money shows up in the driver’s wallet inside the app, the balance is released 1–7 days after delivery once the signed bon, photo proof, and GPS pin are uploaded. Funds sit in escrow with Flutterwave or Paystack, and if a shipper fails to clear the balance by day seven the platform pays the driver from a reserve fund. Your build needs to automate that end-to-end—including mobile money payouts to MTN, Orange, Wave, or Moov. Key components I need from you • A slick, bilingual (FR/EN) shipper interface—web first, mobile-friendly—where loads can be posted instantly. • A driver-facing Android app (Flutter or React Native preferred) that filters loads by exact return route and shows live wallet balances. • Admin and support dashboards for KYC, load dispute resolution, and manual override of escrow when required. • Deep integration with Flutterwave/Paystack APIs for escrow, milestone releases, and same-day Mobile Money disbursement. • Real-time pricing engine (simple rule-based to start) that provides “market price” suggestions at the moment a load is created. Acceptance criteria 1. A new shipper can register, pass KYC, create a load in ≤30 seconds, and receive at least one driver match in real time. 2. A driver can accept a matched load, see the 50 % deposit appear in their in-app wallet instantly, complete delivery, upload proof, and automatically receive final payment within seven days. 3. Admin can view all active escrows, force-release funds, or refund shippers if a load is cancelled before pickup. 4. End-to-end flow is fully functional in a Côte d’Ivoire sandbox environment (test Mobile Money numbers) before we flip the switch to live.
