We’ve already done the market research, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and UX logic flows. Now we need a skilled FlutterFlow (or no-code) developer to turn our vision into a working MVP for iOS and Android. Core Features for MVP: User Onboarding: Single or Couple modes, profile setup, golf preferences, verification badges (social + GHIN). Matching System: Basic filtered matching (no complex AI needed for v1), profile likes, in-app messaging after mutual like. Events Tab: 9-hole / 18-hole mixers, VR golf nights, ability for users to RSVP. $20 pre-auth “hold” for no-shows. Payments & Subscriptions: 7-day free trial → $9.99/mo subscription. Stripe integration for events + premium. BirdieCoins: Earned via event participation, redeemable for perks (profile boosts, event discounts). Referrals: Invite 3 friends = 2 months free Premium.
