User should be able to play it in browser, add timeline scene and export it as MP4. You are not allowed to use any paid plugin or library. Only open source allowed. YOU don't Build any Explainer video. You create the software that creates explainer video. Should have TTS functionality using pytts. Please check the reference video. I want like Benime app available in Google play store. Only difference it to be browser based. Screen size can be selected as 16:9 and 9:16. Definitely like to if you can add AI features.
