I already have a preliminary floor plan and an exterior rendering for a new brewery with taproom space. Now I need those ideas converted into a build-ready drawing package. Scope • Create a clean, dimensioned CAD floor plan based on my existing layout (basic layout only—no detailed interior design but use the layout I have provided). • Produce all-sides exterior elevations that match the look and feel of the supplied rendering. • Compile a rough construction print set that a general contractor can price and build from—PDF format preferred, with DWG files included for future revisions. Key notes • The building is a commercial brewery with customer-facing taproom; please keep utility/service areas clear in the plan. • Any standard drafting software is fine—AutoCAD, Revit, or similar—as long as I receive editable source files and a consolidated PDF. • Ensure dimensions, materials callouts, and elevation markers are legible and follow typical U.S. construction conventions. I’ll share the current floor plan and rendering as soon as we start. Let me know your typical turnaround, how many revision rounds you include, and any sample construction sets you’ve done for similar retail or hospitality projects.
