I need a web based solution of which I am selling books face to face. I track sales to each salesperson as the role pays on a per book sold. The sales day concludes with a tally up of what each sales person sold and a contractor invoice is created on behalf of the sales person for me to pay. Each book sold requires an accounting entry to Quick books. Each contractor invoice requires an accounting entry to quick books. When I pay the invoice, an accounting entry is generated to Quick Books. In another part of the business is pick and packing online sales. The person picking and packing is also a contractor. The person is accessing the shopify software which uses the Australia Post shipping software to generate labels. For each book picked and packed, a tally must be maintained for the person picking and packing as this person is paid on the day for their efforts. At the end of the day of picking and packing, a contractor invoice is created on behalf of the person who did the picking and packing. For both face to face sales and picking and packing an entry is made to the Inventory module to maintain an inventory tally. As books are receipted in, the count of stock on hand is increased. Adjustment entries to inventory will sometimes occur and require a positive or negative adjustment to the inventory count. The reason why for the adjustment must also be stated. The setting up of SquareSpace, Shopify with the Australia Post module and Quickbooks will be done by myself.
