I’m building a dual-platform mobile app that works with the long-range K9P beacon so customers can effortlessly home in on a participating shop or restaurant. The flow is simple: we share a Google Maps link, the customer navigates to the general area, and—once their phone slips within roughly 900 m—the app silently listens for the beacon, locks on, then emits a rising-frequency beep and on-screen indicator that guides them to the exact door. Scope and must-haves • Native Bluetooth LE scanning tuned for K9P on both iOS and Android • Automatic hand-off from the Google Maps link to the app (deep-linking) • Audible and visual distance feedback that intensifies as RSSI improves • Two roles: Admin (create / edit / delete location records) and Customer (read-only) • Instant publishing of changes—name, address, phone—via a simple cloud backend (Firebase, Firestore, or comparable) • Lightweight admin console; web dashboard or in-app section is fine provided it’s secure • Clean, well-documented codebase with no paid third-party licences Timeline is tight—delivery within one month—so please outline milestones like prototype scan, UI polish, admin module, and store-ready builds. I’ll supply test beacons and sample data, and I expect a final repo that compiles out of the box on Xcode and Android Studio.
