Scope • Divide the land into individual residential plots of 500 m² each, designed for single-family homes. • Reserve a commercial frontage strip along the main road for retail stores. • Allocate a Masjed area that includes a prayer hall. • Lay out all internal roads and access points so every plot is reachable and traffic flow feels intuitive. • Indicate approximate plot numbers, dimensions and basic orientation (north arrow, scale bar, simple legend). Deliverable One PDF (or DWG) site layout showing the full subdivision, road grid, commercial strip, Masjed location, and a concise area schedule. Keep the drawing tidy, easy to read, and ready for quick printing.
