Optional testing on iOS devices may be included. Objectives - Evaluate overall usability and identify potential usability barriers in everyday use - Detect and document bugs and technical issues on Android across various device types and operating system versions - Assess user experience regarding clarity of content and effectiveness of core features - Review navigation, interaction flows, performance and design - Verify the correct functioning of relevant device capabilities such as sensors and notifications Scope of Work - Execution of structured usability tests with real end users from the target audience - Testing of diverse use cases that reflect daily routines and health management - Collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data - Detailed bug reporting including reproduction steps, screenshots and device specifications - Actionable recommendations for product and user experience improvements Target Audience for Testing - Adults aged 18 to 65 with varying levels of smartphone experience - Individuals with or without existing back pain - Test coverage of multiple Android manufacturers and device classes as well as additional optional tests on iPhones Deliverables - Test plan in alignment with client requirements - Comprehensive documentation of test results - Usability report summarizing findings and prioritized recommendations - Structured bug report entries prepared for the development team Timeline - Project duration approximately 3 to 5 weeks depending on recruitment and coordination - Regular interim updates according to the agreed reporting framework - Final presentation of results to the client Expertise Requirements - Proven experience in usability testing of mobile applications - Familiarity with bug tracking methods and test management tools - Understanding of digital health and wellness solutions beneficial - Capability to manage participant recruitment and provide testing infrastructure Data Protection and Confidentiality - Strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations and secure data handling - Confidentiality agreement required - Personal data only collected and processed for testing purposes Budget and Compensation - Proposal should include a detailed cost estimate covering testing, recruitment and reporting activities - Optional services may be quoted separately
