I am open to modern stacks (React / Vue with Node.js, Django, Laravel, or .NET Core) as long as code is well-structured, documented, and delivered via Git. RESTful or GraphQL APIs should be exposed so future mobile apps can consume the same data. Deliverables 1. Source code with installation guide and environment variables template. 2.
