B2B Web CRM & Inventory

I am commissioning a web-based application that unifies three critical B2B workflows—CRM, inventory management, and sales / order processing—into one cohesive interface. The goal is to give my team a single browser-accessible hub where we can capture leads, nurture customer relationships, track stock in real time, and convert quotes to paid orders without jumping between systems. Core scope • CRM: lead capture forms, pipeline view, activity logging, role-based access, exportable reports. • Inventory: multi-warehouse stock levels, SKU variants, reorder alerts, purchase-order receipts, audit trail. • Sales & orders: quotation builder, tax & discount rules, automated invoices, status tracking from “draft” to “fulfilled”. Integrations The platform must connect smoothly to: • Payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal at minimum) for secure checkout and automatic invoice reconciliation. • Email marketing services such as Mailchimp to sync contact lists and trigger campaigns from CRM stages. • Major social media platforms so new leads from Facebook or LinkedIn ads flow straight into the sales pipeline. Technical notes A responsive web UI is essential—mobile-friendly but built primarily for desktop browsers. I am open to modern stacks (React / Vue with Node.js, Django, Laravel, or .NET Core) as long as code is well-structured, documented, and delivered via Git. RESTful or GraphQL APIs should be exposed so future mobile apps can consume the same data. Deliverables 1. Source code with installation guide and environment variables template. 2. Deployed staging site for UAT. 3. Data model diagram and API documentation. 4. Brief hand-off session (video or written) summarizing architecture and next-step recommendations. Acceptance criteria • All three functional areas operate from a single authenticated dashboard. • Successful payment, email-sync, and social-lead tests demonstrated on staging. • Page load <2 s on standard broadband for main dashboard. • No critical or high-severity vulnerabilities flagged by automated security scan. If the above aligns with your expertise, I look forward to seeing how you would approach the build and timeline.
