My core goal is to receive each booking instantly on both WhatsApp and email so I can dispatch a driver without delay. Here’s what I’m after: • Simple Android customer app: pick-up & drop-off fields, live fare estimate, basic map view, and a “Book Now” button. • WhatsApp + email trigger: every confirmed booking should push trip details (name, phone, addresses, fare) to my chosen WhatsApp number and inbox. • Minimal admin screen (web or in-app) where I can see today’s bookings, mark them as assigned/completed, and edit fare rates. • Clean, Ayodhya-focused branding with Hindi/English toggle. • Lightweight codebase that’s easy for future updates—Kotlin or Flutter is fine as long as APK is stable on current Android versions. A functional prototype that I can test on my own device is the key deliverable; once it runs smoothly and the messaging integrations fire correctly, we’re done. I’ll provide logo, initial rate card, and driver list after kickoff.
