I want footnotes or in-text citations and a reference list in whichever scholarly style the contest requires (likely Harvard or Chicago; I will confirm as soon as the guidelines arrive). Scope of work • Develop a nuanced thesis that engages both strands of the question, weighing right-wing populist traditions against progressive or left-populist currents. • Build a logical progression of points that withstands scrutiny from political-science faculty (the weakness that cost me last year). • Interweave compelling narrative touches and vivid examples so the prose earns Pathos recognition without sacrificing academic rigour. • Deliver an outline first, a full draft for feedback, and a polished final version ready for submission—free of plagiarism and formatted to competition specs. Acceptance criteria 1. Argument strength: every major claim backed by primary or peer-reviewed evidence, with clear counter-argument treatment. 2. Writing quality: concise, engaging UK English, flawless grammar, coherent flow. 3. Research depth: minimum of 17 high-quality sources spanning journals, books and current affairs outlets, all cited accurately in MLA 8 format. 4. Originality: Turnitin similarity below 10 %. 5. Final length and formatting meet Re:Think rules (not exceeding 2000 words, and citations in MLA 8 format) Timeline The competition deadline is 10th May 2026; I would like an outline within five days of project start, first full draft a week later, and the final essay three days before the official cut-off to allow contingency editing.
