I need a complete rota system built in Google Workspace. First, create a Google Form that lets each driver tick Yes or No for every day of the week while also capturing the driver’s name and any available time-slot notes they add. The data from each submission must flow, via Apps Script, into a brand-new master rota Google Sheet that you will set up from scratch. That sheet should present availability two ways at once: grouped by the calendar week and, inside each week, sorted by driver name. Whenever the script finishes writing a new or edited entry, it has to trigger an automatic email alert confirming that the rota has been updated. A concise summary of the change in the email body is ideal so managers can glance at who is now available without opening the sheet.
