Overview: I’m looking to automate the current manual process for managing directory memberships on my WordPress website. Right now, users purchase a one-time membership through Square, are redirected to a Gravity Form to submit their directory details, and then are manually added to MailerLite for onboarding and renewal reminders. I’d like to replace this workflow with a fully automated system powered by Stripe, Gravity Forms, and MailerLite, where everything from payment, onboarding, and renewal notifications to directory listing creation happens automatically. Migrate from Square to Stripe: - Set up a yearly subscription product in Stripe for the directory membership. - Automate renewal reminders and payments. - Sync customer data (name, email, etc.) with MailerLite automatically after payment. Automate Directory Onboarding: - After successful payment, users should be redirected to a Gravity Forms submission page where they can enter their directory listing info (name, bio, website, images, etc.). - That form submission should auto-generate a new page (or post type) on WordPress with their info, using a pre-defined template (e.g., Divi layout). - When their subscription expires or is canceled, their directory page should automatically unpublish or hide. MailerLite Integration: - Once a user subscribes, they should automatically enter the appropriate MailerLite group or automation workflow for onboarding and renewal reminders. - When the subscription ends, they should be removed from the group or tagged accordingly. Desired Outcome - A fully scalable and automated directory membership flow that requires minimal manual input: - Users pay → fill out form → listing goes live → automation handles renewal and expiration. - Admin only oversees exceptions or edits, not routine updates.
