Here’s the flow I have in mind: • Start by reviewing the current Excel sheets, noting the varied column orders, inconsistent headings, and scattered blank cells. • Build a small, reusable script or macro—Python with pandas / openpyxl, or native Excel VBA, whichever you prefer—that: – re-orders and renames columns to match my template, – normalises number, text, and date formats, – removes or clearly flags empty or duplicate rows, – outputs a single, clean worksheet per file. • Hand-enter or copy-paste any remaining bits that the script can’t catch so every workbook ends up perfectly aligned. Deliverables 1. The cleaned, fully organised Excel files. 2. The commented code or macro used for the job. 3. A one-page read-me (or short loom video) that shows me how to run the solution on future files. Acceptance criteria • All source files converted with 100 % column match to my template. • No validation errors when I spot-check numeric or date fields. • Script executes in one click or command without hard-coded paths.
