I need an end-to-end Android application that brings our asset management and payroll processes together in one place. The core modules must cover: • Asset counting with on-device verification so that every item scanned in the field instantly reconciles with the master database, flags mismatches, and lets me allocate or retire equipment on the spot. • Attendance capture directly from our existing biometric devices; the app should pull raw punches, store them locally if the network is down, then sync to the cloud once a connection returns. • Automated wage, PF/ESIC, TDS and advance calculations based on those attendance records, with a clean summary screen that we can export to Excel or push to our accounting software. Beyond the essentials I also want: equipment-down-time ticket raising and assessment, simple Google Forms that feed into the same dataset for field checks, and an admin console where I can edit master data without touching the code.
