I’m ready to bring on a virtual assistant who can start immediately and keep my workday running smoothly. The single most important task is taming my inbox—filtering, replying to routine queries, flagging priorities, and keeping the unread count near zero. Once the email flow is under control, I also need help with calendar coordination, light data entry, budget tracking, and social-media scheduling. Core tools you should already feel comfortable with include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets or Excel. Clear written English, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle several small tasks without missing a beat are essential. In the first week: • Inbox tasks pulled out of emails, inputted into notion, and remarked as unread. • Daily calendar updated, meetings booked and conflicts resolved 24 hours in advance • Vendor invoices collected from each event • Event budgets updated • Draft social posts queued for approval Availability of roughly 2–3 hours per weekday works well for me, but we can adjust if you’re faster and still consistent.
