I have a fully detailed set of architectural drawings for a modern, four-level residential block that needs to be turned into presentation-ready exterior renders. The building’s design pairs clean contemporary lines with prominent natural stone cladding, and it sits in a calm suburban neighborhood context, so the visuals must balance sleek styling with a warm, lived-in feel. Scope of work • Build an accurate 3D model using your preferred tool—3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or an equivalent professional package. • Apply realistic materials, paying special attention to the stone cladding and complementary modern finishes such as glass balustrades and minimal metal trims. • Light and populate the scene to reflect a typical suburban setting (well-kept greenery, low-rise surroundings, soft daylight). • Produce 6–7 high-resolution, photorealistic images showcasing key angles: two frontal perspectives, side and rear views, an eye-level street shot, and at least one dusk shot to capture lighting strategy. Acceptance criteria • Stone texture scales correctly and aligns with facade details in the plans. • No visible geometry glitches or texture stretching at close zoom. • Lighting and shadows remain consistent across all images. • Final images ready for board-room print and digital presentation. Share a link to past exterior visualization work that highlights realistic material treatment and suburban context, and note which software you intend to use. I’ll supply DWG/PDF plans and reference photos immediately after kickoff, and I’m available for quick feedback throughout the process to keep momentum high.
