3D Visualization of House Floor Plan (Interior & Exterior) Based on Existing Architectural Drawings Project Description I am looking for an experienced 3D designer or architectural visualizer to create a complete 3D model of my single-story house based on my existing drawings and reference images. I will provide: Floor plan (with dimensions) Elevations (South-East, South-West, North-East) Reference renderings for style orientation These files are attached to the project. Scope of Work Create a full 3D model of the house including: Accurate walls, roof, windows, doors Terraces, pillars, exterior structure Basic terrain/land slope (based on drawings) Interior modeling (simple and clean): Basic materials (wood, tiles, paint, etc.) Basic furniture to illustrate space layout (no luxury needed) Deliver the model in a fully editable format, preferably using an open-source software such as: Blender (.blend) → strongly preferred Sweet Home 3D (.sh3d) FreeCAD (.FCStd) Export the model also as: .obj, .fbx, or .dae for maximum compatibility The model should allow me to: Walk through the building Adjust furniture or materials later Generate additional views or renders Optional (please quote separately) 3–10 high-quality still renderings (interior/exterior) 360° panoramic views Virtual walk-through or VR-ready version Realistic environment/landscape detailing Deliverables Fully editable 3D model (Blender, Sweet Home 3D, or FreeCAD) Exported files (.obj/.fbx) Organized project structure Textures & materials included Simple furniture setup What I am looking for Experience in architectural visualization “Full interior 3D modeling is required, including all rooms, doors, windows, floors, ceilings, and basic furniture.
