Scope • Build a true-to-scale 3D model of the entire venue, including walls, flooring, ceiling elements, furniture, lighting rigs and staging. • Apply basic materials and lighting so the model can be used for realistic renders and quick walkthroughs. • Produce matching technical 2D drawings (plans, elevations and key sections) with dimensions and notes suitable for suppliers and safety approval. Key points • Main focus: 3D models. • Model type required: Mimari modeller, with accurate proportions that reflect real-world fit-out constraints. • Files must open cleanly in SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit, and you should also export DWG/PDF sheets for the 2D set.
