I’m moving from early sketches into full design development and need a reliable partner who can take my concept set and turn it into a precise digital model. The core of the assignment is an architectural 3D model built in either SketchUp or Revit, complemented by clean 2D drawings in AutoCAD. Once the geometry is locked, I also want polished still-image renders and a short fly-through animation that communicates form, materiality, and lighting. The model must reflect true dimensions and layer organisation so that I can extract sections, elevations, and schedules later without re-work. I’ll supply the preliminary floor plans, reference imagery, and a brief outlining material intent; you return a coordinated file plus presentation-ready visuals. Because the work is squarely for design development, accuracy, editability, and thoughtful detailing matter more to me than hyper-realistic post-production. Please tell me about projects of comparable scale you have modelled from design development through to final renders—your hands-on experience will weigh most heavily in my selection. Deliverables: • Revit or SketchUp master file, fully organised • AutoCAD 2D set derived from the model • 4–6 high-resolution renders • 30-60 second fly-through animation (MP4) I review submissions as they arrive and will share the reference package with shortlisted freelancers right away.
