Project Title: ArchiCAD 27 Designer Needed – 3D Model, Rendering & Final Drawings Description: I’m looking for a highly skilled ArchiCAD 27 designer with strong experience in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering to collaborate on an existing project. The project involves a three-level building consisting of a basement, ground floor, and first floor, each with an approximate area of 255 m² (total built area around 765 m²). You will receive an existing ArchiCAD 27 project file to continue working on. Scope of work: Collaborate on the facade design, following each time a provided concept. Once the facades , 3D model & Rendering are completed, produce the final architectural drawings — including plans, elevations, and sections — directly in ArchiCAD 27, based on a provided reference drawing. Requirements: Excellent command of ArchiCAD 27 (no older versions). Proven experience in architectural drafting, facade detailing, documentation, 3D modeling, and rendering using only ArchiCAD 27. Strong design sense and attention to accuracy. Good communication skills and commitment to meet the agreed deadline.
