I’m developing a private resort and need a seasoned Arabic-speaking master planner to turn my vision into a clear, build-ready master plan. The site is raw land at the moment, so I’ll rely on you to translate broad ideas into a coherent layout that balances guest experience, circulation, service access and future expansion opportunities. Scope of work • Analyse the plot (I will share the survey, topography and drone images). • Propose zoning for accommodation, leisure amenities, back-of-house and parking. • Deliver a concept plan, then refine it through two revision rounds into a polished master plan complete with area schedules, circulation diagrams and basic landscape guidance. Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for 2D/3D planning; SketchUp or Lumion renders would be a plus for quick visuals. All drawings must be metric and annotated in Arabic. Acceptance criteria • Final master plan in editable CAD (DWG) + high-resolution PDF. • Clear legend, north arrow, and scaled dimensions. • Accommodation for feedback within the agreed revision rounds.
