I need a make.com scenario that keeps the Lead records in Apollo and Brevo perfectly in step. The flow is straightforward: whenever a lead is created or modified in either system, the scenario should push the change to the other platform and then automatically update the lead’s status so both CRMs stay aligned. Both Apollo and Brevo are already active in my stack, so you’ll be able to use their native modules inside Make (or well-written webhooks if that proves faster). Field mapping must respect the native lead fields in each app—no custom objects for now—so the sync remains reliable even after product updates. My main expectation is a working scenario, fully tested, with clear comments inside every module. Once you’ve demonstrated a two-way sync of leads and verified that status changes flow correctly, we’ll consider the job done.
