I have complete 2-D plans for a compact, two-storey apartment block: six identical 1 + 1 units, each about 40 m². The building is attached on both long sides (22 m) and opens only to the street (7 m) and rear garden (≈10 m). A small interior courtyard brings daylight to the centre. Your task is to turn these drawings into a clean, editable 3-D model and supply photorealistic renders. Both the exterior massing and the interior fit-out are equally important to me. For the visuals, light and shadow realism is the priority; accurate material and texture work must support that goal. Inside, I’d like the living room, bedroom and kitchen of a typical flat to receive extra styling and camera angles so we can showcase how comfortable 40 m² can feel. Preferred workflow tools are SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender or equivalent; as long as you can deliver the native file and an .fbx, we’re good. Render resolution, number of shots and any post-production touches can be finalised together once you’ve reviewed the plans.
