Android Staff Attendance & Ledger App

I run a small business with fewer than 20 employees and I’m looking for an Android app that lets me handle two core needs in one place: 1. Attendance module • Simple daily check-in / check-out buttons that stamp date, time, and GPS location. • A leave calendar so staff can request and I can approve or reject leave directly in the app. • Automatic overtime tracking—anything beyond the scheduled shift should be tallied and added to a monthly report. 2. Khata-style ledger • Separate ledgers for vendors and customers. • Every debit or credit entry should instantly update the running balance—no manual maths. • Search and filter by name, date range, or transaction tag. • Option to export a PDF or Excel summary at month-end. Data should live locally with the ability to back up to Google Drive so I never lose records. A clean Material-Design interface is enough; visuals don’t need to be fancy, just clear and intuitive. I’d like a working prototype on my phone within a month, complete with source code, so I can test, give feedback, and move to production.
