The heart of the product is a fast, reliable chat engine (one-to-one and group) with in-conversation file sharing for photos, videos, documents, and audio. Desired flow • Users create a profile with email or phone, then jump straight into chats. • Messages, emojis, and attachments reach recipients in seconds, even on modest 4G connections. • Upload and download progress bars, configurable size limits, and push notifications keep the experience smooth and predictable. Tech preferences Native Kotlin or a well-structured Flutter build compiled for Android is acceptable—the key is clean, modular code that runs flawlessly on Android 8 and above. Firebase (Realtime DB or Firestore) is the likely backend, though an equivalent scalable stack is welcome if it meets the same latency and security goals. Deliverables 1. Complete source code with clear module separation, README, and build instructions. 2. Debuggable build for testing plus a signed, release-ready APK. 3. Setup notes covering server configuration, security rules, and push-notification enablement.
