Inquiry Management • From the same app, my reps open a quick form when a prospect calls or walks in. The form should link the inquiry to an existing customer or create a new one, assign a status, and set a follow-up date. Customer Database • Basic contact details, location, key decision makers, and a timeline of visits and inquiries all live in one place. Simple filters and search are a must. I’m fine with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or a cross-platform framework that compiles cleanly to Android; just make sure performance is solid on mid-range devices. A lightweight admin panel or export function (CSV/Excel) will help me pull weekly activity reports, but the focus is on the mobile experience. Deliverables 1.
