I need an Android app that lets any driver scan a QR code on the vehicle and instantly start a trip log. The QR will hold nothing but the vehicle number; scanning it should open a form that captures start time and odometer reading. When the driver finishes, another scan brings up the same trip so they can record end time and kilometers. Refueling is handled through a simple manual input—liters and time. Every calendar day the app must compile all entries into a single Excel-compatible file and store or share it on demand (e-mail, WhatsApp, Drive, etc.). The sheet has to present the data in this exact sequence: • Vehicle number • User name • Start time • Start kilometers • End time • End kilometers • Fuel liters • Fuel filling time • Remarks Offline use is important, with automatic sync once a connection is available. A clean, minimal UI is preferred so that occasional users can learn it in seconds. Deliver the full Android Studio project, well-commented source, and a short setup guide so I can generate new QR codes and roll out the app to our fleet myself.
