My Android mobile app is mid-build and I want an independent pass over it to surface anything that could trip up real users. Your job is to exercise every feature, screen, and interaction, then capture and report defects with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen-recordings, and expected vs. actual outcomes. The focus areas are: • Functionality – make sure each workflow behaves as designed, edge cases included. • User Interface – flag layout breaks, alignment issues, unreadable text, or anything that feels awkward in common Android resolutions. • Performance – watch for slow loads, stutters, memory spikes, battery drain, or crashes. You’ll receive the latest APK, a brief feature map, and access to our staging backend. Testing on at least one mid-range and one high-end physical Android device is preferred so we catch hardware-specific quirks. Deliverables: 1. Consolidated bug log in my preferred tracker (Jira or Google Sheet) with severity, device/OS details, and replication steps. 2. A short narrative summary highlighting critical blockers and any systemic usability concerns. 3. Optional: performance metrics pulled from Android Studio profiler or a comparable tool if you already have one in your kit. I’m aiming for a quick turnaround; share your estimated hours and device list when you reply. Let’s make sure the next build ships smooth and solid.
