I need an Alexa-powered hospitality system that runs on Echo Show 8 devices placed in the eight guest bedrooms of our hotel. The skill must recognise three distinct contexts—Wedding Couple Mode, Wedding Guest Mode and a General B&B Mode—then serve the appropriate screen set and voice responses automatically. Core guest-facing features must include: • Room service requests • Booking information (current stay details, check-out time, etc.) • Local area information (restaurants, transport, attractions) • Wedding guest information (itinerary, shuttle times, wedding photos) Every screen should be usable through both touch and voice. Think of it as a fully interactive kiosk that also works hands-free. Behind the scenes I need an admin web portal where staff can: • Switch room mode in bulk or per device • Push real-time announcements or promotions to selected rooms • View and fulfil incoming room-service requests • Edit wedding-specific content without redeploying the skill The portal has to expose secure APIs because our in-house team will hook it into the existing PMS and catering system for cross-data sharing, so clean documentation and cooperative dev cycles are essential. Deliverables that mark project completion 1. Certified Alexa skill with responsive APL screen designs for all three modes, tested on Echo Show 8. 2. Cloud-hosted backend (Node.js, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB or similar) with fully documented endpoints. 3. Web-based admin dashboard with role-based login, device management and content editing. 4. Deployment scripts plus a short hand-over workshop so our staff can operate and extend the solution. You would also be expected to work with AWS resources and i will provide branding assets; you bring the voice UX, APL design and full-stack development skills to assemble the system end-to-end.
