Project Title: MVP: AI-based Requirement Matching Platform (OLX-style Discovery System) Project Description: We are looking to build a web-based MVP platform where users can post requirements (free-text), post offerings/listings (services they provide), search for requirements or offerings using keywords, get relevant matches using AI/NLP-based keyword extraction and similarity matching, and connect with interested users via basic contact or messaging. This is not a full marketplace. There are no payments, bidding, or escrow in this phase. The primary goal is to validate intelligent matching and discovery, not heavy UI or large-scale infrastructure. Scope of Work (MVP / Phase-1): 1. User Roles: Requirement seekers, Service providers, Admin. 2. Core Features: A. Requirement Posting: Free-text requirement input, automatic keyword extraction using AI/NLP, stored in database, timestamped for relevance and freshness. B. Provider / Listing Posting: Users can post services they offer, free-text description, automatic keyword tagging, stored and searchable. C. Search and Matching (Primary Focus): User enters keywords (e.g., “xyz”). System displays relevant requirements and relevant provider listings. Matching is based on keyword similarity, synonyms and fuzzy matching, and recency (latest posts ranked higher). AI can be implemented using embeddings or lightweight NLP techniques. A full conversational chatbot is not required. 3. Connection Flow: “Connect” action on listings, either basic in-app messaging or simple contact details reveal. 4. Admin Panel (Basic): View all requirements and listings, delete or hide spam content, view registered users. No advanced analytics required. 5. Technical Expectations (Open to Suggestions): Web application using any modern tech stack (Node, Python, React, etc.), database (SQL or NoSQL), AI/NLP via OpenAI embeddings or open-source NLP libraries. Basic cloud deployment included. Explicitly Out of Scope (Phase-1): Payments or escrow, mobile applications, chatbots or auto-reply AI, advanced analytics or reporting, feed ingestion from Telegram or Discord, heavy UI/UX design, large-scale security hardening. Timeline: MVP expected within 3–4 weeks.
