The app already includes: • Customer accounts • Virtual Garage • Service history (backend in progress) • Square booking • Push notifications • Automated marketing engine • Loyalty system • Tint/Ceramic AI visualizer (separate dev) Now we want a simple, lightweight AI photo analysis tool added. ⸻ Feature Needed: AI Quick Condition Scan This is NOT a full diagnostic system. This is a clean, fast, photo-based assistant that does 3 things: 1. AI Photo Insight (Basic Descriptions) Customer uploads 2–5 photos of their car (interior or exterior). AI returns: • Simple cleanliness/condition comments • Visible issues (scratches, swirls, dog hair, stains, wheels dirty, etc.) • Highlights areas needing attention NO predictive scoring. NO deep health score. Just helpful descriptions. ⸻ 2. Service Suggestion (Based ONLY on what AI sees) Based on the photo insights, the system recommends one of the shop’s existing packages, such as: • Interior Deep Clean • Exterior Detail • Full Detail • Ceramic Coating • Tint Removal / Tint Refresh No pricing. No automatic upsell logic. Just a simple “Based on what we see, these services may fit your needs.” ⸻ 3. Quick Actions After scanning, the user sees: • “Book This Service” button • “Save to Virtual Garage” button That’s it.
