Here is the flow I have in mind: • Custom web or desktop application records every SKU movement, updates available stock automatically, and tracks orders from purchase through fulfilment and auto generate orders. • The same data syncs bi-directionally with Google Sheets. Within those sheets I want AI-driven data analysis that highlights anomalies or low-stock situations and an automated reporting layer that emails or dashboards summary snapshots each day. • All Sheet calculations and visualisations should refresh without manual triggers. An Apps Script, Python connector, or similar solution is fine as long as it is reliable and easy for me to extend later. If you have experience building inventory back ends (SQL, Firebase, or another solid database), connecting them to Google Sheets APIs, and layering in AI tools such as Vertex AI, OpenAI, or even simple on-sheet ML models, your approach will fit perfectly. Deliverables 1. Working inventory management application with stock tracking & order modules. 2. Secure, documented link between the app and Google Sheets. 3.
