I’m building a cloud-based platform that lets providers, payers, and third-party apps share clinical and insurance data in real time. The core of the project is HL7 FHIR–compliant data interoperability, so every API you create—from patient demographics to claims status—must read, write, and validate resources strictly against the FHIR spec. I need a full-stack developer who is equally comfortable wiring up a modern front end, orchestrating microservices on the back end, and weaving in AI modules that can enrich or transform the exchanged data (think smart matching, de-duplication, or automated prior-auth triage). Security, audit logging, and HIPAA-grade access control must be baked in from day one. Key deliverables: • Production-ready REST/GraphQL endpoints that pass FHIR compliance tests • A lightweight web dashboard (or React/Angular SPA) to demo patient, provider, and insurance workflows • Containerised deployment scripts so the stack runs reproducibly in staging and prod • Brief technical documentation and a walkthrough video Acceptance criteria: All endpoints validated against the latest HL7 FHIR test suite; end-to-end data flow shown between at least two sample systems; 100 % unit test coverage on critical interoperability functions. If you have recent hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR, AI-powered data pipelines, and secure healthcare hosting, I’d love to see what you can do. Prior healthcare insurance and clinical domains experience is required. Experienced with deploying on premise from base44.app application prototype is preferred for migrating existing product on premise / hosted on azure as standalone
