As soon as a prospect hits “submit”, Perplexity Sonar should classify the lead as high-ticket or low-ticket, push the record into my Go High Level CRM, and fire off a concise email summary to the admin team. No manual intervention—Zapier or Make will orchestrate the whole flow while the AI does the smart sorting. The form itself must stay flexible. I’ll be adding and removing fields often, and I want tight validation rules so bad data never reaches the CRM. If I decide to swap in a different CRM or email service down the road, the architecture you build should make that an easy switch, not a rebuild.
