Developer Needed to Build "Opulence Live" — AI-Driven Real Estate & Mortgage Platform (NextCloud Integration) Description: We’re looking for an experienced developer (or small development team) to build and possibly maintain Opulence Live, a proprietary communication and lead-management platform for a real estate and mortgage company. About Opulence Live: Opulence Live will serve as the central hub for our sales and management team — integrating NextCloud Talk, AI-driven conversation management (Kendall), and real-time dashboards for lead activity, performance tracking, and compliance monitoring. The system will allow salespeople to: Monitor AI-client conversations and take over live when needed Claim leads using a red/green availability system Receive AI-driven coaching insights Access real-time dashboards showing response times, conversions, and performance Enable managers to view analytics, override lead assignments, and receive AI escalation alerts We already have a working NextCloud environment and AI chat logic (Kendall) ready for integration. Your role is to connect these elements into a smooth, user-friendly application that works across web, iOS, and Android (either natively or via web-wrapper).
