The goal is to replace manual operations with 5-11 integrated AI automation layers, covering everything from lead generation and document processing to automated client case management. The system must handle multi-domain consultancy services including Insurance, Study Abroad, NRI Property Management, and GST/Tax Filing. Technical Stack Requirements Core AI: OpenAI API (GPT-4o), Claude 3.5, or Gemini Pro. Automation/Orchestration: Make.com (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or Python-based LangChain/LangGraph. Frontend/Dashboard: React.js or Next.js (Client & Admin Dashboards). Backend: Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Flask). Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB with Vector Storage (Pinecone/Weaviate) for RAG. Omnichannel AI Consultant (Chatbot) Deployment on Website, WhatsApp, FB, and Instagram. Multilingual support (English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil). Capabilities: Lead qualification, service FAQ, and consultation booking. 3. Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Automated extraction of data from Passports, GST invoices, Bank statements, and Property deeds. Auto-verification of KYC and compliance documents. 4. Automated Case Management System A digital "Case File" for every client with an external dashboard for progress tracking. Automated triggers for follow-ups and status notifications (SMS/WhatsApp). 5. AI Marketing & Proposal Generation Content Engine: Daily automated generation of SEO blogs and social media posts. Proposal Generator: Auto-create PDF service proposals within 30 seconds of a client request. Freelancer Requirements Proven experience in AI Agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Expertise in API Integration (specifically CRM, WhatsApp, and Payment Gateways). Strong understanding of Data Privacy and Security (handling sensitive financial/identity docs).
