I’m building a full-stack, AI-driven client-acquisition and conversion platform tailored to dental clinics, and I need a developer or product team that can take it from concept to working release. Core scope • Automated lead capture that pulls prospects from the clinic’s website, Google Business Profile, social campaigns, and inbound SMS. • A 24/7 AI receptionist able to converse naturally through chat, text, voice, plus WhatsApp and Messenger. • Appointment-booking automation that syncs bi-directionally with the clinic’s existing calendar or PMS (Google Calendar, Dentally, Easy Dental, etc.—the integration layer should remain flexible). • Follow-up and reminder engine to minimise no-shows, with configurable cadence and content. • Lead-scoring logic that flags “hot” prospects for staff hand-off and, where possible, books them directly. • A reporting dashboard that tracks leads, booked appointments, campaign ROI, and key funnel metrics. Stack guidance I’m agnostic on language and frameworks as long as they support rapid iteration and stable HIPAA-compliant deployment. Popular choices like Node.js, Python (FastAPI), React, or Next.js are fine; if you can justify an alternative, let’s discuss. You’ll also decide whether to build the conversational layer on top of OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, or a comparable service that can handle multi-channel messaging, voice, and custom intents. Deliverables 1. Functional MVP deployed to a staging environment with sample data and at least one live integration per channel (chat/text, voice, WhatsApp/Messenger). 2. Admin dashboard with real-time metrics and downloadable CSV reports. 3. Documentation: architecture diagram, API specs, setup steps, and user handbook. 4. Post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor tweaks. Acceptance criteria will be a signed-off demo showing: • New lead captured from each source type and surfaced in the dashboard within 30 seconds. • AI receptionist responding correctly to five scripted scenarios per channel, including handing off to a human agent. • Successful creation, reschedule, and cancellation of an appointment that syncs back to the clinic’s calendar. • Automated reminder sent on the correct schedule and logged in the system. Timeline is flexible but I’d like to see the first milestone—lead capture + chat receptionist—inside four weeks.
