I am looking for somebody to create an AI powered chatbot with the intention of this system eventually being integrated into an existing proprietary software system. The end vision of this project is for the chatbot system to be expanded and evolved to act within the proprietary systems as an AI business agent handling a range of administrative tasks inclusive of but to limited to the following: 1. Document analysis 2. Formulation of documentation such as quotations, scope of works, Bill of quantities, meeting minuets, ect. 3. Data storage and analysis of operations, people and processes 4. HRM processes such as surveys, training, ect. 5. Scheduling of people, plant, processes 6. Customer sign off. Send outs, follow up and storage of these. 7. Formulation of business identity and brand expansion 8. financial analysis and reporting 9. Marketing automation processes. Tracking, reporting and improvements 10.
