I want to add an AI layer to my local service business so customers can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or email and still enjoy the same fast, friendly experience. On the phone, the voice assistant should answer common questions, give out basic business information, and—most importantly—securely place appointments straight into our calendar without human help. The same knowledge base and booking logic should drive a WhatsApp chatbot, so visitors who message us there can ask anything, get instant answers, and lock in a time slot just as smoothly. Every email that lands in our inbox needs an automated responder that can recognise whether it’s a new inquiry, a confirmation request, or a follow-up, and reply with the right tone and details. I’m flexible on the tech stack; Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Dialogflow, GPT-4, or similar tools are all fine as long as the result is reliable, easy to maintain, and integrates with our current calendar/booking system.
