Job Title: Part-Time AI Systems Architect for WordPress, SEO, Multilingual & Video Content Automation Job Overview: We are a fast-growing travel and tour booking website built on WordPress with 700+ published pages. We are looking for a part-time AI Systems Architect to design and implement AI-driven systems for content creation, tour package generation, SEO optimization, multilingual content, and video/YouTube content workflows. This role is focused on building scalable AI systems, not manual content writing or day-to-day publishing. The goal is to create controlled automation where AI handles most execution within well-defined rules and human review. Time Commitment: Part-time: Approximately 10–15 hours per week Engagement duration: Minimum 3 months with long-term potential Key Responsibilities: • Design AI-driven systems for scalable page creation, tour package creation, and blog drafting • Build reusable AI templates and prompt libraries for different content types • Convert WordPress category pages into SEO-optimized hub page frameworks • Design AI-assisted SEO workflows using Google Search Console data for CTR and ranking improvement • Create internal linking logic and hub-and-spoke structures to improve topical authority • Design AI workflows for multilingual content creation in selected Indian languages with quality safeguards • Design AI-assisted workflows for YouTube and video SEO, including scripts, titles, descriptions, and repurposing content • Define rules and safeguards to prevent keyword cannibalization, duplication, and SEO risk • Design semi-automated workflows where AI generates drafts and humans approve before publishing • Document workflows, SOPs, and train the internal team to operate the systems independently Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console • Proven experience building AI workflows beyond basic content writing • Ability to design systems, automation, and repeatable processes • Practical experience with WordPress pages, posts, categories, and internal linking • Understanding of SEO risks related to automation and how to mitigate them Nice to Have: • Programmatic SEO experience • Automation using Google Sheets, Python, or APIs • Experience with WordPress REST API or bulk content management • Experience with multilingual SEO (especially Indian languages) • Experience with YouTube SEO or video content systems What We Are NOT Looking For: • Full-time availability • Pure content writers or editors • Plugin-only AI users • Auto-publishing AI systems without human review • SEO focused only on backlinks Project Outcomes (What Success Looks Like): • AI systems and templates in place for web pages, tour packages, blogs, multilingual content, and video content • Category pages transformed into structured, SEO-ready hub frameworks • Documented SOPs enabling internal teams to execute with minimal oversight • Reduced manual effort with scalable, controlled AI execution Evaluation Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a small paid test task, such as: • Designing a hub page structure for an existing category • Outlining an AI workflow for multilingual or video content creation • Suggesting internal linking logic and CTR-focused title improvements Budget: Open to discussion based on experience Typical part-time engagement budget range applies How to Apply: Please include: • A brief description of AI systems or workflows you have built • Tools and platforms you commonly use for AI automation, SEO, and content systems • One example where AI reduced manual work or improved traffic across any channel
