I need a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that streamlines the way my client's agricultural contracting team captures job data in the field and feeds it back to the office. Core workflow • Crew arrive onsite, the app pinpoints their GPS position and lets them “start job”. • They trace or tap out ditch, hedge or field boundaries to record lengths or areas; the app instantly stores those measurements so they can convert them into quotes. • While still onsite they take photos of completed sections; each image must carry an automatic time-and-location stamp. • When they mark work items as finished, the map view should flip their colour from red to green without manual refresh. Admin features • Staff should submit daily timesheets and invoice lines inside the same app • Every client gets a secure folder (or portal) where they can see their own jobs, photos, quotes and final invoices. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. A fully tested iOS & Android build delivered through TestFlight / Play Store internal track. Regular progress reports and communication via Whatsapp and Trello or similar 2. Clean, well-documented source code (React Native, Flutter or similar is fine as long as it’s maintainable). 3. Simple dashboard or API endpoint that lets me download timesheets, invoices and measurement data in CSV or PDF. 4. User guide for field staff and a hand-over call. Timeline I’m aiming for production-ready within two months, so please factor that into your milestones.
