I need a customer-focused professional who can work from within Afghanistan for a fixed period of two months. The core of the job is straightforward: respond promptly to customer queries, keep clear records of each interaction, and escalate anything you cannot resolve to my internal team. All communication will be in English, so solid written and spoken proficiency is essential. The role is onsite or, at the very least, based locally, because you may occasionally need to liaise with partners or customers in person. You will use the usual customer-service toolkit—email, phone, and our web-based ticketing system—to make sure every issue is acknowledged and resolved within agreed SLAs. Key deliverables during the contract: • Daily handling of incoming customer tickets, calls, or walk-ins • Accurate logging of every case in the ticketing platform • End-of-day status report summarising open, pending, and closed issues • Smooth hand-over notes at the end of the two-month period so the next agent can pick up without disruption If you already have experience supporting users in a fast-paced environment and can commit full-time for the entire two-month window, I would love to hear how you can keep our customers happy and our queue clear.
