I already have a clear photograph of the exterior, plus all the measurements, so what I’m after is two clean, highly realistic visuals rendered. foto van matriaal is beschikbaar • A full-colour aerial-view illustration of the house that feels photo-real while still allowing me to turn layers on and off for future edits. • A companion drawing of the hallway showing the exact placement of the stairs and loft opening. Dimension call-outs for rise, tread depth, head-height and landing size need to be legible and accurate. I can supply the reference photo, a simple floor sketch, and the full set of dimensions the moment we start. Vector output (Illustrator, SketchUp or similar) would be ideal so I can scale without losing detail, but a high-resolution PSD or layered TIFF works too. Output a sketsup file and jpg I’ll review a low-res draft first, give precise notes, then sign off once the final passes scale checks against my measurements.
