I am looking for an experienced WordPress & AdForest theme expert to fully set up, customize, and configure my classified ads website WOWZOO.LK built on the AdForest theme. The goal is to ensure the entire ad posting, package purchasing, and payment verification system works smoothly and automatically, especially using Direct Bank Transfer (manual payment) instead of online gateways. Scope of Work: 1-Theme Setup & Cleanup Review and reconfigure the AdForest theme (current version: 6.0.10). Ensure all pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout, My Account, etc.) are properly linked and functional. Remove unnecessary demo content and verify front-end and back-end consistency. 2- WooCommerce & Payment Configuration Configure WooCommerce from the beginning, linking it perfectly with AdForest packages. Enable and fix Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) so bank details appear correctly on checkout. Ensure users can upload payment receipts via WPForms or WooCommerce upload system. Set up email notifications: Customer receives order confirmation. Admin receives payment notification with receipt. Order should automatically update to “Completed” after admin approval. 3- Ad Packages Integration Create and configure Free & Featured Packages under WooCommerce → Products → AdForest Packages. Ensure users can: Buy packages manually using direct bank transfer. After admin approves payment, the package activates automatically in their profile. Feature their ads directly after activation (no redirection to payment page). Fix any redirection issues when marking ads as featured. 4- Frontend Adjustments Disable or remove the “Mark as Featured Ad, Click Here” banner. Adjust layout for better user experience: Simplify checkout and profile sections. Improve responsiveness (mobile view). Ensure clean, professional look across all pages. 5-Child Theme & Safe Customization Create and activate a child theme (adforest-child) for safe customizations. Move all code customizations (functions.php hooks, template edits) into the child theme. Add custom PHP code to remove unwanted options and ensure future updates won’t break the setup. 6-Testing & Validation End-to-end testing of: Package purchase → Admin approval → Ad posting → Featured ad activation. Direct Bank Transfer flow. Email notifications and user dashboard updates. Verify both desktop and mobile performance. Additional Notes: The site is hosted on Hostinger. All plugins are already installed (WooCommerce, WPForms, Automator, etc.). No online payment gateways required — only manual direct bank transfer. I want a fully working live setup with clear documentation for future reference. Required Experience: Proven experience with AdForest theme customization. Strong knowledge of WooCommerce manual payment (BACS) and order flow. Ability to debug, fix redirection, and automate package activation.
