My site is a custom PHP build and I need two improvements: 1. Make Portuguese (Brazil) the default interface – Every page, label and system message should load in pt-BR. – I do NOT want automatic language detection; visitors will simply land on the Portuguese version. 2. Add a “DOCS” tab and place it first in the navigation order – Clicking this tab opens an upload area that accepts JPEG, PDF and DOCX files. – After upload, files should be stored securely and listed back to the user with basic actions (download or delete). – The tab label must read exactly “DOCS”. Please keep the existing design intact and deliver clean, well-commented PHP/HTML/CSS so I can maintain it easily.
