I already have a Wix site running and now need a small Lifeline section added under one new main-menu button called “Lifeline”. When visitors click that menu item it should open a page that shows two large buttons exactly as shown in my mock-up: “Search Donor” and “Registration”. Search Donor • A click on “Search Donor” opens a table view that lists every donor’s name, blood group, and phone number. • A simple dropdown (or any neat selector) lets the visitor choose a blood group; the table must instantly filter to show only matching records. • A “Clear” control returns the table to its original, unfiltered state. Registration • A click on “Registration” opens the second page (see picture 2). • The form must capture Name, Blood Group, Address, and Phone Number—nothing else—then save the entry so it appears in the donor table above. • After submission the form can either clear or display a short thank-you message; whichever is quicker to set up. Tracking I only need button-click tracking for the two main buttons so I can see how often each is used. Native Wix Analytics or a quick Google Analytics event tag is fine; no page-scroll or form-field tracking required. Build everything inside Wix (no external iframe solutions) so it inherits my current styling and works on desktop and mobile. Once finished I’ll test by filtering several sample donors and registering a new one; both actions have to show up instantly and the click events must appear in analytics. If you can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
