ACM Parametric Facade Modeling

I need a precise SketchUp model of an architectural façade clad in ACM panels. The design has to be fully parametric so I can tweak panel sizes, joint gaps, and attachment layouts without redrawing geometry. Because this model will feed directly into detailed documentation, every panel must sit in the correct plane, carry the right material thickness, and align cleanly at corners and openings. The scope stops at the detailed-design stage: no construction sequencing or fabrication shop tickets yet, but the geometry, component hierarchy, and naming conventions should be complete enough for me to generate sections and elevations in LayOut. Dynamic Components, solid-group modeling, and native SketchUp parametric tools are all welcome as long as the final file stays lightweight and clean. Deliverables • One organized .skp file (SketchUp 2023 or earlier) with all ACM panels set up as Dynamic Components or clearly grouped solids • Saved scenes for front, side, isometric, and exploded views ready for export to LayOut • A brief PDF explaining any custom attributes or parametric controls you embed in the model I’ll supply base CAD plans, elevations, and reference photos as soon as we start.
